Our Story

Josh went to Michigan and Kyle went to Ohio State. When we first met, we weren’t sure if we could overcome the divide. Scarlet & Maize together? I don’t know…

Turns out, it works pretty well.

Josh was born and raised here in Metro Detroit, Kyle is an Ohio transplant, (it’s okay - she roots for the Lions now). We met on Christian Mingle, avoided watching college football together for awhile, and the rest was history.

Now, we’re excited to be part of the thriving Southeast Michigan small business community. We want to leave our slice of the world better than we found it. Not only are we doing that through refreshing drinks and fresh snacks, we’re also using this business to directly support charitable partners right here in our backyard.
